* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, or delivery shipping outside of our control.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after placing your order. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.  

The delivery time is around 5-7 business days after item(s) are shipped, depending on the USPS delivery timeframes. Some Hidden Pleasure items may take up to 14 days to receive. Bossy Pearl items may also be sent in separate packages due to availability.

Please make sure all delivery information is correct.  If there is incorrect or missing information, we may contact you to update the delivery information, which can cause delivery delays.
